Series A investors are armed with more dry powder but are waiting for further traction, and at the same time founders are holding off taking a big cheque too early to avoid unnecessary dilution.
Our offering.
At Prefcap we offer businesses bitesize funding to help founders go for growth. Our capital can be used to quickly top-up a live fundraise or act as a bridge to extend a runway to Series A or a larger round. We are passive investors and promise to invest quickly and simply to provide certainty, allowing founders to get on with the day job.
Our criteria.
We are open to speaking with companies that offer a B2B software product, that have traction with live clients and revenues approaching or exceeding the £500k ARR mark. We like companies targeting a niche and aren’t afraid by founders with a medium term exit plan.
